James Dolan

James "Jim" Dolan Senior Chief James Francis Dolan, age 64, passed away suddenly on April 13, 2011. He was born on December 12, 1946 in Athens, PA. He graduated from Athens High School in 1964. Upon graduating he entered into the United States Navy, where he proudly served for 32 ? years, retiring in September 1999. He was a member of the elks Lodge, The Moose Lodge, Sons of the Legion, VFW, and The American Legion. Jim was a witty man who loved to laugh, and never met a stranger. James is preceded in death by his parents, Purl and Joyce Dolan: John and Betty Cotter, his grandparents Francis and Alice Dolan, one Brother John Kraft, one sister Toni Smith, and nephew Michael Paul Kraft. Memorial Services will be conducted at 11:00 AM, Wednesday, April 20, 2011 at Tapp Funeral Home, Henderson, KY. Brother Brad Harrison will officiate. Inurnment will be 2:00 PM at Kentucky Veteran Cemetery West, Hopkinsville, KY. Friends may call from 9:00 AM until service time on Wednesday at Tapp Funeral Home, Henderson, KY.
