Stephen Joseph Barone Obituary - Visitation & Funeral Information

Stephen Joseph Barone, age 67, of Davison, MI, (formerly of Kampsville, IL; Henderson, KY; Indianapolis, IN; and St. Louis, MO) passed away Monday, May 23rd, 2022. Stephen was born in St. Louis, MO on November 7th, 1954. He proudly served his country in the U.S. Army. Stephen married Ronda Barone on July 12th, 1981, whom he loved dearly and proceeded him in death on January 9th, 2010. He retired from being a local truck driver after many years in the industry. Stephen enjoyed riding his motorcycle, visiting family and friends, and hosting large cookouts. Stephen was preceded in death by his parents, Joseph and Martha (Straoner) Barone; his wife, Ronda Barone; and sister, Nancy Barone. He is survived by his sons Ray Smith (Kim) of Indianapolis, IN, Steven Mills of Kampsville, IL, Jimmy Ham of Alton, IL, and Scott Barone (Sharon) of Davison, MI; daughters Brandi Harris and Kimberly Barone, both of Henderson, KY, and Diana Dawn Witt of Indianapolis, IN; 24 grandchildren; several great-grandchildren; his girlfriend Debbie Perry; brother Chris Barone; and sisters Debbie Barone, and Cindy Shrivers. Relatives and friends are invited to Stephen’s Life Celebration from 11:00 a.m. until service time on Sunday at Benton-Glunt & Tapp Funeral Home in Henderson, KY. The funeral service will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Sunday, May 29th, 2022, at the funeral home with Reverend Jeff Burke officiating. Military honors will be rendered by the American Legion Worsham Post #40.
