Timothy "Timmy" Gentry

Timothy “Timmy” Gentry, age 55, of Henderson, KY, passed away at 1:45 a.m., Sunday, May 20, 2018 at Methodist Hospital in Henderson. Timmy was preceded in death by his grandparents, Jack and Susan Gentry and his grandmother, Bernice Griffin. Timmy was a fun, loving, and compassionate man. He was selfless in all things and never met a stranger. Timmy was one of those men that would give you the shirt off his back. He always put others needs before his own and made everyone feel like family. He was the peace keeper. He enjoyed being with others whether it be cooking together, racing events, cornhole matches, or making his job at Alcoa a fun place to work. The funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, May 25, 2018 at the funeral home with Reverend Mike Snyder officiating. Burial will follow at Fairmont Cemetery in Henderson, KY. Everyone is welcome to come to Timmy’s house following the service to celebrate his life.
