Stephen Ralph Brann Sr.

Stephen Ralph Brann, Sr., age 64, of Henderson, KY, went to be with the Lord on April 8, 2025, at Deaconess Gateway Hospital with his loving wife Amy by his side. Steve was born on August 19, 1960, in Los Angeles, CA to the late Ralph and Virble Brann. He worked, operated, and later owned the family business Brann’s Plumbing & Septic Service in Henderson, KY. Steve married the love of his life Amy on November 29, 1983, and they had 3 children. He had 6 beautiful grandchildren that were his pride and joy. Steve enjoyed life and loved being around family. He loved traveling, going on vacation, pizza, and always being on the go. He also enjoyed taking short road trips with his German Shepherd Rocket. In addition to his parents, Steve was preceded in death by his sisters Deloris Faye Brann Pierce and Nancy Gayle Haire, and his brother Bruce Walker Brann. Steve is survived by his loving wife of 41 years Amy Brann of Henderson, KY; children: Stephen Brann, Jr. (Andrea) of Henderson, KY, Melissa Fields (Michael) of Otwell, IN, and Jonathan Brann of Henderson, KY; grandchildren: Aubrey Brann, Conner Fields, Jayla Fields, Jameson Smith, and Emerson Brann; sister Roxanne LaRue of Henderson, KY, and a brother Paul Brann (Lenita) of Henderson, KY. Relatives and friends are invited to Steve’s Life Celebration from 4:00 until 8:00 p.m. on Sunday and from 10:00 a.m. until the service time on Monday at Benton-Glunt & Tapp Funeral Home in Henderson, KY. The funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, April 14, 2025, at the funeral home with Reverend Rick O'Daniel officiating. Burial will follow in Fernwood Cemetery in Henderson, KY. Pallbearers will be Stephen Brann, Jr., Jonathan Brann, Michael Fields, Conner Fields, Charles LaRue, and Richard Kempf. Honorary pallbearer will be Cody Kempf.
