Bruce Crawford Bruce Crawford, age 63, of Henderson, Kentucky, passed away at 1:32 PM, Tuesday, August 2, 2016, at St. Mary’s Medical Center, Evansville, IN. Bruce was born in Greensboro, Alabama to Henry Crawford and Betty Smith Crawford. He was a huge University of Alabama Crimson Tide fan. From 1991 to 2014 he owned and operated Crawford Construction Company and was currently working for Southern States. Bruce was a past member and volunteer for Corydon Civil Defense Fire and Rescue Squad. He loved to play the guitar and listening to music. Some of his favorite musicians were Tim McGraw, George Straight, and Lynard Skynard. He was an avid Harley Davidson fan and owned and rode motorcycles for years. Bruce was preceded in death by his father Henry Crawford, in-laws Archie Ligon and Dean Scott Gradus Survivors include: Wife of 20 years: Toni Ligon Crawford 1 Daughter: Carmen Harris Evansville, IN 1 Step Son: Scott Moore Henderson, KY 3 Step Daughters: Ronda Moore Smith Corydon, KY Cathy Hazelwood Evansville, IN Holly Brooks Dixon, KY Mother: Betty Crawford Tuscaloosa, AL 1 Brother: Joe Crawford Moundville, AL 2 Grandchildren: Addison Leigh Harris and Avery Quinn Harris 9 Step Grandchildren: Jordan Brown, Kurt Stone, Ashton Jeffries, Wyatt Rathmann, Megan Varble, Victoria Hare, Sam Moore, Cameron Haire, Maclain Powell 11 Step Great Grandchildren: Aiden Moore, Kinley Moore, Gabriella Haire, Rayleigh Haire, Jacey Brown, Jack Wyatt Brown, Brayden Oglesby, Carter Aull, Shawn Florian, Kyler Florian, Stiles Florian. Nieces and Nephews Relatives and friends are invited to Bruce’s Life Celebration from 2:00-8:00 Thursday and again on Friday starting at 9:00 AM at Benton-Glunt Funeral Home. The funeral service will be held at 11:00 AM on Friday, August 5, 2016 at Benton-Glunt Funeral Home with Reverend David Latham officiating. Burial will follow at Cash Creek Cemetery in Henderson County, KY.
